Dr Najeeb Hussain

Dr Hussain has been practicing in excess of 25 years with special interest in Oral Surgery, Dental Implants and Conscious Sedation and continues to deliver these treatments on a referral basis through a well-established referral centre.
He has been running an established referral centre in South West London since 2018, for the London Boroughs of Sutton & Merton, as a contract provider for the NHS for Oral Surgery Services, also known as IMOS (Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery), where he works as a principal Oral Surgeon for Level 2 Oral Surgery procedures.
In addition to his interest in Oral Surgery, Implants & Sedation, Dr Hussain also has a keen interest in teaching the younger dentists and has been an examiner for the MJDF examination conducted by the Royal College of Surgeons in England. He has also served as the president of the London Dental Fellowship, UK at the Savile Club at the West End of London in 2018, after previously serving on the committee as a Secretary of LDF from 2015-2018.
Dr Hussain has post graduate training in Sedation at Guy’s Hospital and understands dental anxiety and makes nervous patients feel at ease through his calm, comfortable and relaxed approach. He genuinely feels dentistry should not be painful and does his best to achieve this. He has been doing sedation for Oral Surgery for nervous patients in various hospitals and dental surgeries for more than two decades. He has attended several diplomas and courses in Implant Dentistry including Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons England and has done advanced implant courses in several countries for example Italy, Germany, Portugal and France. He continues to learn and teach in various dental courses within the UK and overseas. He has been invited to join the Fellowship of College of General Dentistry.
Since 2001, Dr Hussain has worked in several Oral and Maxillofacial surgery departments of various hospitals in the UK. He has worked in Manchester Royal Infirmary, Queen Victoria, East Grinstead, Ipswich Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital. His special interest includes provision of Oral Surgery and restorative dentistry for nervous patients including all aspects of minor oral surgery and implants under Sedation.
Dr Mohammed (Mo) Shibl

Dr Shibl has consistently aimed to deliver the highest standard of patient care, dedicating his career to enhancing his skills to provide optimal treatment. After qualifying in 2013, Dr Shibl completed the Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) examination in 2016, building a strong foundation in general dentistry and gaining experience across various fields. Driven to further develop his expertise, he pursued an MSc in Oral Surgery at Plymouth University, graduating with merit in 2020. During this period, he also supported the next generation of dentists by serving as an educational supervisor for both undergraduate and newly qualified practitioners.
While in general practice, Dr Shibl developed a keen interest in endodontics (root canal treatments) and began receiving referrals from colleagues within his practice. In 2021, he chose to focus exclusively on endodontics to help relieve patients’ pain and preserve their natural teeth. To deepen his specialisation, he completed an MClinDent in Endodontology at King’s College London with distinction and passed the Membership of Endodontics (MEndo) examination through the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He is on the Specialist Register of GDC for Endodontics.
With his training and experience, Dr Shibl provides root canal treatments that emphasise both comfort and effectiveness. His approach prioritises patient comfort and understanding, ensuring that each individual feels informed and at ease throughout their care.
Dr Abdul Ahmed
Dentist with Interest in Restorative Dentistry

Dr Abdul Ahmed has an interest in restorative dentistry and orthodontic treatments such as Invisalign. In 2018, he achieved Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, following the completion of advanced postgraduate examinations.
In 2023, he successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Restorative Dentistry at the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, further solidifying his expertise in providing advanced restorative and cosmetic dental care.
Dr Ahmed has been working at Morden Dentist since 2020, where he is dedicated to delivering high-quality care. He is known for his calm and patient approach, creating a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Dr Malik worked in Iraq as a medical doctor and after graduation he then moved to the UK where he got his Diploma in Anaesthetics UK. He has worked in different NHS Trusts and also worked in anaesthetics in various dental clinics around the UK. Dr Malik also enjoys travelling when he can and spending time with his family.

Andrada is an experienced dental nurse who has worked alongside an endodontics (root canal) specialist in a mixed private & NHS practice. She then moved to Morden Dentist where she leads the team and helps the smooth running of the practice.
Alongside regular clinical work she takes the lead in Sedation, Implant and Oral Surgery treatments. Her experience in these areas mean she is an integral part of the team. Andrada’s ability to work under high pressure situations in a calm manner helps to put patients at ease.
